Our Mobile Creative Movement Program
The Creative Movement program is designed to give participants from all backgrounds and ages a safe and compassionate space to connect to their inner world through movement. Through the use of somatic and creative movement participants will have an opportunity to make a connection to their body and breath as well as begin to tap into their inner resources. Creative movement also allows the body to build trust in itself, to release trauma and to design a healthy relationship with regards to body image, food, sexuality, physical vitality and more.
The Creative Movement program is primarily a yoga based program that infuses elements of martial arts, dance, spontaneous movement, strength training, meditation, gymnastics and more. The level of activity is modified accordingly and is accessible to all ages and abilities. Group sizes can range from 3 to 20 participants and each session runs for 60 minutes. Each class is designed with a specific intention yet is flexible to meet the needs of the group moment to moment.
